Training Opportunities
E. EXCEL offers a number of different training opportunities in a variety of venues for both newand long-time E. Excellers.
Online Training
E. EXCEL offers online training sessions through GotoMeeting.com, which allows you to follow a trainer online, using your computer, as they go through a PowerPoint presentation on the subject at hand. If you do not have access to a computer, you can simply listen to the trainer on your telephone instead.
Advance registration is required for each session, and each session usually lasts between half an hour and an hour and a half depending on the subject, and are offered in both English and Mandarin. Each session is limited to 25 attendees. This way, you have a greater opportunity to interact with the trainer. Training sessions are listed on our online training page, which is accessible through the library and the weekly E News. Just look for the Online Training link. If you already know of a session you want to take, you can go directly to the Registration page and follow the  instructions there to sign up.
Online training sessions include discussions on individual products, or similar product groups, or new Distributor training for the most part. Each PowerPoint presentation is also available in the Library once it has been presented. You can then download it for your own files, if desired.
Local Training
Local training takes place within individual groups, and is usually done by a local leader. However, local leaders may request that a presenter from E. EXCEL come to their area for a training session. While locally held training sessions may be for a particular group only, E. EXCEL requests that if an E. EXCEL representative is speaking, anyone in the area is invited to attend and that a significant number of people will be expected to attend. Local training meetings may be requested through the Marketing Department at jenniferk@eexcel.net and must be scheduled well in advance. Unfortunately, we do not have enough personnel to fulfill all requests for speakers.
Occassionally, E. EXCEL may organize a few of the leading Distributors to travel to speak in other areas. If you have this opportunity, we strongly encourage you to attend and learn from these top E. Excellers in North America.
 Many areas have strong training programs for their Distributors. But, if you are not aware of any local training in your area, please talk to your Uplines and find out what they are doing to help train their Downlines! You can also watch our Distributor Training page for meetings in your area.
