Policies & Procedures

E. EXCEL Distributors should be guided by E. EXCEL's published Policies & Procedures manual. This document was part of your Distributor Kit when you joined E. EXCEL, and by signing the E. EXCEL Distributors Agreement, you indicated that you had read and understood these rules.

From time to time new regulations, new services or explanations of policies may cause E. EXCEL to update the Policies & Procedures manual. When this happens, the E News will make you aware of the coming changes, and you will be expected to read and understand them. A period of time, at least 30 days, is given in which to come into compliance with the new policies before they take effect.

The Policies & Procedures are only available in English because E. EXCEL North America does business with English-speaking countries (United States and Canada) and English is the language of the judicial systems in both countries.

You will always be able to find the latest version of the Policies & Procedures, which you are expected to adhere to if you wish to remain in good standing with E. EXCEL, in the online Library in the Business Center. It can be found under Business Building Tools.
