Dates to Remember

  • November 30 (Friday): Last day for product transfers and to order Product of the Month online.
  • December 13 (Thursday): Customer Services on the phone will be unavailable from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm MST. Please plan accordingly.
  • December 20 (Thursday): Order now and choose where to put CV. 
  • December 22 (Saturday): Our systems will be down from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am MST. Please plan accordingly.
  • December 25 (Tuesday): Autoship orders process at midnight. If you do not want to receive your autoship order, place an order of at least 100 CV.
  • December 24-25 (Monday & Tuesday): US offices will be closed in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 
  • December 25-26 (Tuesday & Wednesday): Canadian offices will be closed in observance of Christmas Day and Boxing Day. 
  • December 30 (Sunday): Last day for product transfers and to order Product of the Month online.
  • January 1 (Tuesday): All offices will be closed in observance of New Year's Day.
