Policies & Procedures update

Policy 5.2.2.a, in Product Will-call Pick Up, currently states:

E. EXCEL will attempt to contact the Distributor by email to inform the Distributor that the order will be shipped to the address on the account via regular shipping methods if not picked up at will-call within three additional calendar days. If no contact is made within the three additional days, the order will be shipped.

It is changing to the following:

The order will be shipped to the address on the account via regular shipping methods if not picked up at will-call within
10 days.

This change will go into effect on August 1, 2014. A new version of the Policies & Procedures containing this change is available for your review in the online Business Center Library.
